Adventure Learning Child Care
We are a daycare with children 2 weeks old to 12 years and we also have a school-age room during the summer.
Rooms
Diverse Learning Environments
Our program provides materials and equipment appropriate to the children’s development levels. Our daily schedule provides appropriate time for learning including an outdoor program. Which we consider an extension of the classroom.
Infants
Children learn about daily routines and schedules, as well as be exposed to age-appropriate literature to build language and communication and are taught one learning activity a day.
Toddlers
Children receive a well balanced program where there is structure between educational activities and play. Our two year olds learn to be independent with help of our teachers to learn to explore the world around them through their senses. Children learn how to manipulate the age appropriate toys and puzzles, sensory bins, and building blocks. The key to this age group is also expanding their socialization skills. Your children will have a wonderful time playing, exploring, manipulating, problem-solving, communicating, singing, dancing, engaging in dramatic play, listening to stories, all while not realizing they are learning.
Preschool
Children are continually encouraged to build their independence, while also exploring a safe, secure, and loving environment. Children are exposed to weekly and monthly themes that build upon skills. Play, along with structured educational activities, provide a perfect balance for our three year old's.
Pre-K
Children are continuing to express their needs, wants, and emotions through verbal communication, and continuing to explore their environment in a safe, safe secure and nurturing environment. Educational skills are accomplished through structured activities and learning centers and are incorporated in monthly and weekly themes. Play, balanced with structured educational activities, prepare our Pre-K children to enter Elementary school with the necessary skills to be successful in kindergarten.

6:00 am - 8:30 am Drop off & Free Play
8:30 am - 9:00 am Breakfast
9:00 am - 11:00 am Curriculum w/Outdoor Play (weather permitting)
11:00 am - 11:30 am Lunch (Nursery, Teal & Red Classes).
11:30 am - 12:00 pm Lunch (Blue, Purple, Orange, & Yellow Classes).
12:00 pm - 12:30 pm Rest transition (brush teeth, restroom, diapering).
12:30 pm - 2:30 pm Nap/Rest Period
2:30 pm - 3:00 pm Snack
3:30 pm - 6:00 pm Small group activities (outside weather permitting and pick-up.
